We exclusively ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for all domestic orders within the United States.

Processing Time
Production Time: 5-7 business days
Your custom acrylic print is made-to-order and requires time for production:
- Image preparation and quality check

- Secure packaging
Note: Processing time does not include shipping time. The timer begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received.

USPS Priority Mail Express (Expedited Shipping)
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days after shipment

- Insurance: Up to $100 included
- Best for: Rush orders and time-sensitive deliveries
USPS Ground Advantage (Economy Shipping)
- Delivery Time: 2-5 business days after shipment
- Tracking: Included
- Insurance: Available for purchase
- Best for: Budget-conscious customers with flexible timelines

Packaging
Your acrylic photo print will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:
- Protective corners: Foam or cardboard corner protectors

- Sturdy box: Double-walled corrugated cardboard
- Fragile labels: Clearly marked on all sides
- Handling instructions: Included on package exterior
Delivery
Standard Delivery
- USPS will deliver to the address provided at checkout
- Packages may be left at your door or require signature (depending on value)
- PO Boxes accepted for most sizes
Signature Requirements
Orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
Delivery Issues
Package Not Received:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact us if package shows delivered but you haven’t received it
Damaged Package:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Do not discard packaging until claim is resolved
Address Changes
Before Shipment
Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We can update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
After Shipment
Once your order ships, contact USPS customer service with your tracking number to request address correction. Additional fees may apply.
Important: We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

- High-volume shipping periods (holidays)
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays beyond our control.
Holidays and Peak Seasons
During major holidays and peak seasons:
- Processing times may be extended by 2-3 business days
- USPS delivery times may be longer than usual
- We recommend ordering early for holiday gifts

Lost or Stolen Packages
If Your Package is Lost
- Verify tracking: Check USPS tracking for latest status
- Wait period: Allow 7 days past estimated delivery date
- Contact us: We’ll file a claim with USPS
- Resolution: Replacement or refund once claim is approved
Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery by USPS. We recommend:
- Having packages delivered to a secure location
- Requesting signature confirmation
- Using USPS Hold for Pickup service
Refused or Returned Shipments
If you refuse delivery or the package is returned to us:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund
- Custom products may not be eligible for refund
Order Cancellation
Before Production
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled within 4 hours of order placement, before production begins.
After Production Begins
Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled. Custom products are made specifically for you.
